Along with a unique polymer/detergent system for outstanding carpet cleaning, the pH-iber Guard line also adds stain resistance to nylon carpet. pH-iber Guard products are safe for use on traditional wool carpeting and for upholstery extraction on all fabrics not harmed by water. The pH-iber Guard line consists of a Traffic Lane Cleaner, Extraction Cleaner, Encapsulating Cleaner, General Spotter, and an Upholstery Protectant.

The perfect “Step One” before extraction cleaning. This product attacks heavy petroleum and water based soils so they are easily removed during the extraction procedure. It is the recommended traffic lane cleaner for use with other pH-iber™ Guard products to ensure product compatibility.

Attacks all soils commonly found in carpeting. Its unique formula emulsifies them, and then using the latest technology, encapsulates the soil for easy removal. Because the soil is encapsulated, whatever does not come out during extraction will be removed in subsequent dry vacuuming. It can even eliminate the need for re-extraction when wicking (capillary action) occurs in heavily soiled carpets. pH-iber™ Guard Extraction Carpet Cleaner will not remove the stain resistant properties manufactured in to the carpet and will actually replenish them. As a bonus, this product eliminates the need for a defoamer, even on carpeting with residue previous shampoos.

Most carpet protectors sold today are effective either on water, oil or dry soils, but not all three. The revolutionary technology of pH-iber™ Guard Carpet & Upholstery Protector has EXCELLENT oil, water, alcohol and dry soil repellency. As a result, carpet and upholstery that has been treated with this product will have exceptional soil resistance and great soil and stain release performance. pH-iber™ Guard Carpet & Upholstery Protector will impart soil and stain resistance that is as good as or better than the original mill applied protector. It also meets all V.O.C. regulations.

Most competitive spot removers contain ingredients that require the carpet to be water rinsed or extracted after spot or stain removal. If they are not rinsed the residue will immediately begin to attract soil. "pH" iber™ GUARD GENERAL SPOTTER encapsulates the soil so that the spot residue can be vacuumed away and the soil repelling properties will continue to work. This product is effective on both water and petroleum based spots and spills.
